You'll find protection for your hardware and software, money and securities on and off premises (including acts of employee dishonesty), glass, back up of sewers and drains, and other protections your standard policy probably doesn't offer.
• Errors and Omissions Liability - Provides your board of directors, officers, trustees, employees and volunteers with the vital protection they need if they are held liable for wrongful acts performed while representing your library. You'll have defense coverage for any lawsuit that falls under the policy terms, even if any of the allegations of the suit are groundless, false or fraudulent.
• Library Amendatory Endorsement - A valuable addition to your commercial property policy, this endorsement covers the property of others on exhibit or display, outdoor signs, valuable papers and records, property in transit, and outdoor trees, shrubs and plants.
• Library Property Floater - Protect your inventory the right way. Our coverage provides protection per volume or other medium, and includes the option to schedule your rare books, special collection materials, pictures, paintings and sculptures, cost of research of inventory records. Also included is property in transit, including bookmobiles.
